How payments, course access, kits and certificates work for all Lash Tribe online courses.
Payment
You can pay in full. Some courses can also be paid in monthly payments, shown on the course page.
Payment plans are charged automatically every month to the card you used at checkout, until every payment is made.
A payment plan can cost more in total than paying in full. The total is shown on the course page before you buy.
Course access
You get access to your course after your first payment. Your login details are emailed to you.
If a payment plan payment fails and is not fixed, course access may be paused until the payment is made.
Kits and products
Kits are posted only once your payment has been received in full. On a payment plan, that means after your last payment.
We post to the address you give at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.
Kit contents can change slightly depending on stock. You always receive the items listed on the course page, or an equal replacement.
Certificates
Certificates are not issued automatically. You receive a certificate once you have completed the certification process in the course, including your marked practice work, and your payment has been received in full.
Refunds
No refunds are given once you have started a course.
Kits and lash products cannot be returned. They are used on clients' eyes, so for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot take them back.
If anything in your kit arrives faulty or damaged, email us within 7 days and we will replace it.
